I, too, believe that equality will happen, eventually, regardless of how much some would like to stop it from happening. These 'some' may delay it by throwing all sorts of obstacles in its way. But I think they'll be left behind and the rest of us (the majority) will move on. It comes at no surprise that the same kind of people who were against civil rights, women rights are, now, against equal marriage rights (and still against civil and women rights).

Equal rights will happen, maybe later rather than sooner, but I believe there's no turning back now.ANO07https://www.blogger.com/profile/15089040159121625059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8919705827644294662.post-70609046398292205782012-02-20T21:09:58.979-05:002012-02-20T21:09:58.979-05:00Thanks, Sean. Each time someone changes positions and we gain one more vote in a senate; it's a victory.Gregory G. It boggles my mind. What irritates me the most regarding politicians is that they go on with their lives as if gay people will, at some point, not exist. Gay people exist, and we always will. Then to insult our intelligence by denying us a privilege given to another group? It's a horrifying prospect. We're almost ready to move to Washington. Great post. I like that we're on the same page, you and I. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03087661677582518596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8919705827644294662.post-2363513773024017482012-02-17T21:56:46.709-05:002012-02-17T21:56:46.709-05:00Thanks, Jeff.
